Here at St Michael’s we believe in community spirit both inside and outside of the church.
2019 COMMUNITY EVENTS
SUMMER HOLIDAYS – we have a pop-up Horsebox cafe in the church garden every Friday during the school holidays, giving away tea, coffee, homemade lemonade and ‘Paulsgrove lollipops’ for all of you who have snapped images of the St M’s boards which can be found at secret locations around and about. Giant garden games, deckchairs to lounge in and a peaceful location to pass some time – we look forward to seeing you.
JUNE – PAULSGROVE CARNIVAL DAY, we will be holding lots of fun activities in the church garden and giving away hot chocolate and frozen yogurts from the Horsebox cafe
MAY – Planned closure as we go through a ‘make over’ to update our facilities and transform St Michaels into a brighter and nicer space for everyone – The Lady Chapel will remain open for Sunday Service.
MAY – we become a Polling Station on Thursday, May 3rd for local elections
APRIL – Easter Day – Easter Egg Hunt, hopping off at the church
MARCH – 29th March 2pm – 4pm – Vintage Tea Party with MEMORIES at the church – this is a very special FREE event, celebrating Paulsgrove, sharing memories and creating new ones – everyone is WELCOME.
