A true Paulsgrove landmark, St Michael and All Angels’ is the parish church of Paulsgrove. We are firmly rooted in the Anglo-Catholic tradition and as such are committed to our place in the Diocese of Portsmouth and the Church of England.

Our motto: proud to be paulsgrove

Was a result of a fun and powerful community engagement project with CSR (Council of Social Responsibility, a social action charity)  in 2015 – Community Pride Campaign starts in Paulsgrove to read more about this please click here

The logo was recently updated as part of our Renewing St Michael’s project to Proud to be Paulsgrove 2

Our vision:

We believe that God has called us together to be the salt and the light in this place and to open an opportunity for all of the community to encounter God, both inside and outside the church.

Jesus said: ‘Go, thereforth and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And, surely I am with you always, to the end of age.’      Mathew 28:19

A Society Parish:

A Church of England parish under the episcopal care of the Bishop of Richborough.

A place to just be:

At St Michael’s we have a prayer board, where you can share a prayer or light a candle – in itself an act of prayer or simply sit awhile and discover some peace.
